The cover shall lapse in the event of non-payment of premiums on the due date in the event that payment has not been received post the grace period granted.

Funeral services are provided to the principal member, their spouse, dependent children and registered extended family members.
In the event of untimely termination of contract, there will be no refund to premiums paid.
Should members choose not to use our services for funeral arrangements then they will receive 15% of their initial cover amount and or tombstone of our choice.
At Pavilion feunerals Members coming from other funeral parlours have no waiting period.
Waiting period for members above age 65 years and above, Suicide is 12 months
With us at PAvilion funeral Services Waiting period for members below age 65 years is 3 months.
90 years of age and above receive free burial under BOLOKA MOTSWADI Scheme (Terms and Conditions apply)
